Fabric streams a selected slice of your own working context into the AI tools you already use. The shortest honest summary of this page: your data stays in a store that is yours, Fabric reads nothing until you hand it or grant it access, it never writes to your accounts, only the slice a task needs ever moves, and nothing is sold, shared, or used for advertising. Ever.

If you send the get-started form we store what you put in it (your name, email, and anything you wrote) so a person can reply to you, and we send you one confirmation email. We count page events with our own first-party counters; there are no third-party trackers, no ad pixels, and no analytics companies on this site. If you want your note and email removed, reply to any message from us or write to the address above, and it's gone.
Fabric works by connecting to sources you choose, your inbox first. Every connection follows the same rules:
If you use the self-serve path, your store is a file on your own computer, built by the extension from a mail export you download yourself and hand to it. For Outlook, Thunderbird, and very large mailboxes, a separate collector kit does the same job. In that mode nothing reaches us at all: no account is created, nothing is uploaded, the extension and the collector read only the export file you hand them, and we cannot see your store. When you ask your AI a question, the selected slice goes to the model you chose under your own account, exactly as above. Deleting the store is deleting one folder on your machine.
When you connect Gmail, Fabric requests the read-only Gmail scope (gmail.readonly) and uses it to do exactly one thing: read messages within your agreed window so that commitments, decisions, and context relevant to your work can be selected into your store.
We access: message text and headers within your chosen window.
We store: selected content in your own EU-hosted store. For attachments, only the filename, type, and size; attachment contents are never fetched or stored.
We never: send, alter, or delete mail; use your data for advertising; sell or rent it to anyone; or let a human read it, except a named operator helping you at your request during support, with your consent.
During context building, selection runs against a frontier AI model under our API agreements; that data is not used by those providers to train their models under the API terms we use, and we don't use your Google user data to train models of our own.
Fabric's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
You can revoke Fabric's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; revocation takes effect server-side immediately; nothing keeps working quietly after it.
Fabric runs on a small, named set of processors: Vercel (site and service hosting), Turso (your store's database hosting, EU region), AgentMail (our email), and Anthropic (selection processing during context builds). Payments run on company invoices; there is no card processor on this site today. Each processes data only to provide its function to us. There is no one else.
Your store exists as long as you're a member. Disconnect a source and imports from it stop; ask us to erase, and the store and its credentials are deleted. Get-started notes are kept only until you join or ask us to drop them. We keep the minimal billing records the law requires us to keep, and nothing more.
Fabric is operated from the EU, and GDPR applies in full: you can ask for access, correction, export, or erasure of your data at any time; hello@fabric.stream is enough. If we ever fall short, you can complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, members are told by email before the change takes effect; the current version always lives at this address.
